Does anyone know a good plugin to let users upload there own videos and adding it to specific channels.

I'm using BuddyPress to let members sign in.

Treehouse Guest TeacherYou can use Gravity Forms :) http://www.gravityforms.com/add-ons/
It let's you basically mimic any functionality you would have on the backend, on the front-end of your site.
However, there are going to be some bigger issues you have to deal with like file size, what happens when they time out, is this going to slow down and crash your site. My recommendation would be if you see this getting some decent use to not run on a shared server.

Video uploads are pretty difficult and can require a lot of bandwidth for upload and playback. Why do you need to host videos and create your own video uploader? You might be better off just allowing users to post their videos to YouTube and paste the link or embed code somewhere.
