912 PointsHow do I put an external image into one of the folders, so that I can put my own images into the html?
I know how to insert an image into the body of the html if it already exists as a file path in the img folder. But how do I get a different external image into the img folder? Is it the url of the image? Basically asking how to reference it with the correct file name so that it shows a picture. Hopefully that makes sense.

231,271 PointsAre you asking how do you get an image file into your workspace? In the "file" menu you can select "upload" to send your image file to your workspace's "img" folder. Then you just apply what you already know to reference it.
If I have misunderstood, please be more specific about where the "external image" is now that you want to show.

Then you specify the path of the new picture by doing 'slash' to step up a folder or '../' to step down a folder. It's called relative path. eg. img/flower.png or ../img/flower.png Also you need to write correct file extension like .jpg .png or .gif
