how do i work out them px to be converted from ems?

please elaborate on the maths????????

If the documents base font size is 16px then 1rem is 16px.

To calculate 53px as rems you would divide 53px by 16px to get 3.3125em

You need to take two things into consideration: Documents or Parent element font size: 16px (for example) Font size you want to convert : 72 px Now the value in em would be: 72 / 16 = 4.5 em . (Required font size/Base element font size)
