how do you display the size of the file, without asking the user to insert it in to its own Custom Field, in ACF?

Hi all,

Any ideas on this? I have added a custom field but am aware that the plugin uses the WP built-in uploader. How do I echo the size of the file using either ACF or WP default methods?
