How do you get the screenshot png on child theme in admin on Wordpress

How do you add the icon image in your themes in admin for a child theme. I have a screenshot saved as a png and have it saved in my themechild folder but its not showing

Hi Stephanie,

Hope I'm understanding correctly but you should just be able to upload screenshot.png to your child theme folder, e.g. wp-content > themes > your-child-theme-folder > screenshot.png.

This is how I currently have mine set up and they seem to be showing fine.
