231,248 PointsYou already have an ID selector in your CSS, but it's for "main-content" instead of "experience". Just change the name to fulfill the instructions.
But you also have 3 errors (on 2 lines) in the HTML:
<header class="main-header"></header>
<!-- ^^^^^^^^^ -->
<!-- this ending tag wasn't part of the instructions -->
<!-- these 2 characters aren't part of the syntax -->
<!-- vv -->
<section id= #"experience" background-color: lightsteelblue; >
<!-- ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ -->
<!-- this is CSS code and should not also be here -->
