How to add a fixed header image across the whole page to this wordpress theme?

I want to add a full-width header logo to the following theme above the navigation bar at the top and move the nav bar under this full-width header rather than to the side. I want the header and nav bar to look exactly like the one this website uses with the same logo: www.champagneguru.co.uk. The theme I want to change is this: http://colorlib.com/wp/themes/sparkling/ which doesn't support this so I want to change/add some code to the theme but I have no idea how where or what. The reason I want to change theme is because of the neater layout and the functionality gained.

Thanks in advance and if you didn't understand something just ask and I will reply as soon as possible.

The champagne website does not currently have a full width header, while the demo for the sparkling theme does have the full page header.

I'm not sure what you are wanting to do.

Add the champagne logo header to the sparkling theme.

You should be able to jump into the header.php template or whatever template has the menu code and add the image that you need. Have you taken the courses on WordPress Development and Template Hierarchy?
