How to create a sitemap on footer?

Hi! I want to create a footer like this: Footer Sitemap on WordPress. Is there a nice plugin or an easy way to make a sitemap footer?

It really isn't considered a 'site map'. It is just a menu that is located in the footer. You can easily create them by using <ul> tags and styling it however you wanted. See here... http://codepen.io/diesel1064/pen/GdxDm

Dave Evans is correct. You would likely either use wp_nav_menu in your template code or custom menu widgets via the admin area.
