2,312 PointsHow to fix a blank Wordpress site?
I have a WP site completed for my client on my test URL. I made the attempt to transfer the site to the client's URL by following these steps:
1) http://codex.wordpress.org/Moving_WordPress
The site is now blank and I don't even have access to the wp-admin, everything is just blank. If anyone is available for a screen share I would really appreciate it. I really need to get this fixed and I can't find any other solutions.

It sounds as though the database details don't match those you have in the new environment. You'll need to check your WP-Config file to make sure they match what you have.
The Codex page for Editing the WP-Config file should also help.
