On line 10 you have this: <li><a href="/index.html#porfolio">Portfolio</a></li>
and it seems to have a few problems
- #porfolio to #portfolio
- Remove the /index.html in it
and this should be your result on line 10 to pass
<li><a href="#portfolio">Portfolio</a></li>
