How to post one custom post type to different pages?

I would like to make a custom post type for a travel site. The content will be similar enough but I need to make the posts go to different pages. Is there a way to choose which page a post goes to from the add new post area?

I would like to go to Posts, Edit, and in the options for each post specify which page(s) the post will appear on. What would the code be to do this?
