How to prove that a license is indeed written by the licensor and not faked?

So say I own the copyright to something and I never licensed it to anyone else. But someone just fakes a license and says that I did license it to them. What happens?

I put unique licence keys in each of my licences that I can reference to a database to check they are real and who it should be registered to so I can make sure someone that I have licenced a design to isn't being distributed by them (It sounds like a lot of work but you can automate this easily with a bit of programming knowledge and databasing).

Say for example I see one of my webdesigns being distributed openly online if I look inside the licence and it says "4844aa-4582ss-22" I can look up that number and find the name of the person or company that it is licenced to and have the option to take legal action because they are distributing something they are not licenced to.

I also normally have a signed version of the licence from the client be it by hand or digitally signed stating what they are licenced to do with the product or service.
