at 4:17 she says by default html_errors is turned on! but it shows ( and when i do the same it shows that for me too ) that html_errors is turned off! did anybody notice that?

8,634 PointsThe semicolon prefixing it turns that line into a comment, effectively removing it and thereby using the default of on. To turn it off all you have to do is remove the semicolon at which point the php processor will read the line and turn it off.
