I am not seeing an option in word press to add a theme. Is this a feature that they have removed recently?

I'm wondering if I'm just not seeing it or if Wordpress has restructured their layout. I'm following the video but I'm not able to find this option.

Daniel,

From within the WordPress administrator if you click on sidebar for Appearance you'll see an option for "Themes" as the first option. Click into that. At the top of the screen between the headline "Themes" and the search installed themes you'll see a button titled "New". You can click this to browse and install themes. If you want to install a them on your local installation for a zip file that you have just unzip the theme into a directory for the theme in /wp-content/themes/.
