I am on the free trial of the tech degree and my workspaces isn't launching. Will it launch when I upgrade?

I have tried clearing my cache on chrome. I have also tried refreshing the page and restarting my computer. As of this point I am using a text editor (Atom) and downloading the project files. It would be a little quicker though if I could use workspaces. Thanks for any help comments or questions.
