I am very lost on what to do here...mostly becauase I do not understand what they are asking me to do in this question.

I would like to recieve some coding help. As you can see I haven't got very far. I have rewatched the video, however it doesn't seem to relate to this specific question as I interpret it

You're halfway there. For each group (your "members") just print out the result of "join"-ing the list using ", " as the separator string.
