I can't use curly braces in the workspace.

I have a Swedish keyboard and i'm guessing that the workspace is set up for an american keyboard. whenever i press ALT GR 7 or 8 i get either some arg78 function or it deletes whatever i was trying to write

Same problem here. Can not use {} or \ in the workspace you provide... please help :)

Change to English keyboard and hold shift and use the two buttons to the right of "P".

That works. Except for in workspace.

I have the same problem, it is impossible to use the workspace without curly braces
