Python Write Better Python Cleaner Code Function and Class Whitespace

i dont even undestand the issue with white spaces

def first_function(arg1):
    return 'arg1 is {}'.format(arg1)

Yea i just finished my code and it seem that these code challenges are picky. Any blank lines with tabs in them need to be emptied up to the beginning of the new line, in other words create a new empty line but don't tab or indent them, if that makes any sense
