i dont get the question

idk what it is asking pls help

creating_functions.py
def hello_student(name):
    name = "Hello " + name
    return hello

hello_student(jason)

    name = "Hello " + name
    #you should return name
    return name

# 1- you should pass a string (means name between single or double quotes. 
#2- Add print function to print the returned statement .

print(hello_student('jason'))

I was pointing what wrong with your code. I wasn't solving the challenge!!

the challenge code is :

 def hello_student(name):
    return "Hello " + name
