I dont have the option in MAMP app for 'preferences'. its has a cloud option where the preferences should be...any ideas

Im having issues connecting the root in preferences, in that i cant find the preferences option, it only seems to have an option for the cloud?

Any thoughts gratefully received!

Not tried the cluod function, but a look at this (https://documentation.mamp.info/en/MAMP-Mac/Cloud/CloudFunctions/) looks like you should be able to see the root library when clicking the cloud symbol.

Which OS do you run? On my mac I have preferences in the application menu bar at the top as well.

hiya, I finally managed to get to the preferences through the main menu.....its about as clear as mud to me!!!
