I don't know how to seperate the continents that start with "A"

I need help with separating the continents that start with "A". it's been a little bit since i learned how to use indexi

continents.py
continents = [
    'Asia',
    'South America',
    'North America',
    'Africa',
    'Europe',
    'Antarctica',
    'Australia',
]
for continent in continents:
    if [0] == 'A':
        print("* "  + continent)

You have the right idea to use indexing to isolate the first character, but to make it work the index needs to be added to the string variable's name.

So instead of just [0] you should have continent[0]
