I don't know where to put section.

I can probably help if I could see what the original instructions asked for. Can you provide a link to the challenge?

If you have the instructions this would be easier but i can break this down. Section is an HTML element that is generic and doesn't offer any semantic additions to the page. Use this if there isn't a more fitting element. Based on a guess from your code, you have a section around the welcome message as well as the navigations. I would bet the only missing section would be above that with the <h1> and <p> elements inside that section.
