The error says "Bummer You need to check if $studentOneGPA is equal to 4.0" But im pretty sure im doing that? I can't figure out what im doing wrong.
Any help would be appreciated

Treehouse TeacherHi there! I received your request for assistance and oh WOW are you really close on this one. You're comparing to see if the GPA is equal to the string "4.0". But the GPA isn't a string, it's a floating point value.
You wrote:
if($studentOneGPA =="4.0")
This compares it to the string "4.0". To compare it to the floating point value, simply omit the quotation marks around the 4.0 like so:
if($studentOneGPA == 4.0)
When I remove the quotation marks from both comparisons, your code passes with flying colors!
