I need help on understanding the question I don't know what to do?

It looks like you're on task 3, which says, "Override the Scan method to return true if any value in the array is a repeat of the value immediately preceding it."

You've already done the override, so now you would add code to check if the condition is met. You will probably want a loop that goes through the items in the array and compares each one to the one next to it. If they match, you can can return true. Otherwise, after the loop finishes you can return false.
