Create a new rule that targets the span element inside .intro. Give the span element a bold font weight and an italic font style.
I tried but I couldn't find the answer.

you are on the right track.. however they asking you to target the span element with in the intro class .. And you are targeting the class : ). All you need to do is
.intro span {
// Your code goes here
}

Hello Yukiko Watanabe , You did not target the <span> tag in your CSS. Just add span after .intro and it should work.
