Python Object-Oriented Python Instant Objects Method Interactivity

I need help in this task(Method Interactivity @OO Python).

I don't understand why I get an error saying 'Exception: name 'praise' is not defined'. The function is already defined but it throws an error.

first_class.py
class Student:
    name = "Your Name"

    def praise(self):
        return "You inspire me, {}".format(self.name)

    def reassurance(self):
        return "Chin up, {}. You'll get it next time!".format(self.name)

    def feedback(self,grade):
        if grade>50:
            praise()
        elif grade<50:
            reassurance()

Hi this is what worked for me...

class Student: name = "Your Name"

def praise(self):
    return "You inspire me, {}".format(self.name)

def reassurance(self):
    return "Chin up, {}. You'll get it next time!".format(self.name)

def feedback(self, grade):
    if grade > 50:
        return self.praise()
    else:
        return self.reassurance()

why did you use a comma in:

    def feedback(self,grade):

???

Anže Vavken, I wish I could give you a thumbs up!

It is important to provide 2 parameters: grade -> external, provided in call of the function self -> refers to the class itself, so it can refer to its methods

So then you do not have to refer to grade as self.grade because the value will be provided in the call. (For Example, call of the function could be ---> feedback(self, 20) <--- ) But you have to refer to methods as self.praise() and self.reassurance() because they are part of class and you want to let the code know where to find it.
