I would like to know more about Tracks and Library, and whats the best way to start

Hello there,

I have achieved some courses, but I get confused with Tracks and Library courses, don't really know where to start of which path to take.

Could you help with that?

I started with web design first and then switched to front end development ,if you are a beginner I recommend to start with web design,if you need additional sources you can check the library .

Well, your here so you must have some interest in programming. Tracks are an organized way to learn. Are you an artist? or artistic? Maybe start with the design course. Do you like the idea of making the part of a website that people see? That would be front-end development. This track also starts you into programming with java-script. Which I personally found quite challenging. But it also introduces key concepts of programming that branch out into other languages. Do you like the idea of writing software? This doesn't focus as much on the visuals as it does getting things done behind the scenes. I just finished the Python track. Again I found it challenging at times but very interesting always. There's nothing wrong (I think) with trying different things. But tracks are a good place to start. They take you from the beginning to some end point where you should have a good basic knowledge of the subject you chose.

A track is a series of courses that all flow together in a progressive manner to take you from one skill level to another.

The library contains all the courses and workshops on the site. They aren't necessarily in any order and are organized by topic.

I would recommend starting with a track and then going on to browse the library later.

:point_right: Tracks are good when you don't already know what courses you want to take.

Each track gives you a sequence of courses chosen to give you a thorough exposure to a particular subject area, and in a logical progression. I remember using the Learn Python track myself to gain a functional knowledge of Python starting from scratch.

Individual courses are good for when you're looking for some specific or specialized topic, or have already completed a track and wish to expand your knowledge even further. Many individual courses are not part of any track.
