In WordPress I have admin level, but my menu is missing Slideshows, Destinations, Custom Fields & CPT UI. Why please?

I followed the exact instructions and got WordPress from the same website and host, but I don't have the same menu or options. It says I am an administrator but I don't have the same menu and I don't understand why. Can someone please help?

You might have to install some plugins to get those features you want. Some courses give you links to them others you might have to write down the name of them and do some searching.
