incerting body and head between html tags

i need to put head and body tags between html tags and im getting stuck

You only have end tags.

Tags for most elements must be used in pairs, one start tag and one end tag. Only the end tag has the slash (/) before the name.

Also, there's no tag named "tags".

Following the DOCTYPE, basic HTML structure would generally look like this:

<html>
    <head></head>
    <body></body>
</html>
