Installing Wordpress

Hi

I am interested in purchasing a wordpress one-click-install from BlueHost. However, I want to create my own theme, to launch on the website later. I will be developing the theme using my local machine, so how do I launch to the live website when the theme is finished

After purchasing your hosting, you'll be able to FTP into your server where you can go into the wp-content folder, and then the themes folder. From there, drop in your theme!
