Is there a better way to do this exercise?

using System;

namespace Treehouse.CodeChallenges { class Program { static void Main() var mycount = 0; { Console.Write("Enter the number of times to print \"Yay!\": "); var entry = Console.ReadLine(); int nbrTimes = Int.Parse(entry);

        while (mycount < nbrTimes)
        {
            Console.Write("Yay! ");
            mycount++;
        }

    }
}

}

Program.cs
using System;

namespace Treehouse.CodeChallenges
{
    class Program
    {
        static void Main()
        var mycount = 0;
        {
            Console.Write("Enter the number of times to print \"Yay!\": ");
            var entry = Console.ReadLine();
            int nbrTimes = Int.Parse(entry);

            while (mycount < nbrTimes)
            {
                Console.Write("Yay! ");
                mycount++;
            }

        }
    }
}

:point_right: It looks like you need to fix a few things to pass the challenge.

  • You need to move the declaration of mycount to be inside the method.
  • Int.Parse should be spelled with a lower-case "i" (int.Parse) or you could use Int32.Parse instead.

Otherwise, I think you have it.
