8,096 Pointsis_2012 code challenge
Hi,
I think this should pass for step 1 of the code challenge. I am not sure what the argument is but I'm assuming it's a datetime.
is_2012(date): return date.year == 2012
import datetime
dates = [
datetime.datetime(2012, 12, 15),
datetime.datetime(1987, 8, 20),
datetime.datetime(1965, 2, 28),
datetime.datetime(2015, 4, 29),
datetime.datetime(2012, 6, 30),
]
is_2012(date):
return date.year == 2012

. Functions always need the def
keyword.
Genius use of the date.year
and equal
operand, by the way.
