Issues with Localhost/Apache

Hi, I'm not sure what's up here. I was trying to install the mySQL and phpmyadmin for the Integrating PHP with databases on my computer. Prior to all of this, I updated to OSX Catalina but didn't use the localhost after my update. I also have been doing a node app with express but that was turned off prior to trying to add the phpmyadmin.

Right now all I can get as an 'it works!' message on my localhost (127.0.0.1) but when I try and access anything else like index.php, phpmyadmin etc I get
I tried to access the directory http://localhost/phpmyadmin/ after adding the phpmyadmin file to my site directory, but it didn't work. I've double checked the httpd.conf and it looks like it's supposed to, including the: DocumentRoot "/Users/[User]/Sites"

Does anyone have any ideas of what could be up?
