JavaScript

it works even by not adding that for look for LI

In event bubbling and delegation

const listItems = document.querySelector(".list-container ul");

listItems.addEventListener("mouseover",(event)=>{

event.target.textContent= event.target.textContent.toUpperCase();

console.log(event.target.textContent); })

in video you have added for loop with event.target.tagName === "LI"

Without the filter, it is possible to place the mouse where the event will fire and reference the entire list, and change the case of all items at once. Try approaching the list from the left side to see this happen.

The filter restricts the action to only the specific item that the mouse is over.
