I'm unsure why this is returning an error when in VS code it is returning the correct answer

54,971 PointsI think there is a problem with your is_over_13 formula. What you have considers the year but not the number of days. To make it a little easier to see divide by 365 and you have:
today.year - datetime.year >= 13.
Use the second birthday, datetime.datetime(2006, 8, 9), to test
With your formula:
2019 - 2006 >= 13 is true. However the person won't be 13 until 8,9 so the answer should be false.
I used:
(today - datetime).days
instead.
