Launch Console not working

When I launch console it goes through the typical steps with no issues. The console then opens for a few seconds, then proceeds to exit Tab 1 to a blank black screen.

OS = Windows 7

I was having the same issue this morning on my MAC. I just recently launched console and it seems to be working for me now.

OS = MAC OS X 10.9.5

I tried to launch console on Windows XP and got the same problem as La Kenzi

OS = Windows XP

Launch Console Results:
