Lightboxes just stopped working

Launched a WP site a couple of weeks ago and the client updated some pluggins and the lightboxes on the site just stopped working. I turned off all of the pluggins but the functionality still hasn't returned.

Any suggestions on where I should look for the problem?

site is http://eclipseinfo.com No php customization. All changes were made using pluggins, CSS and our imagination. I think the last one is where we went wrong.

Theme: Total Pluggins: -alpine phototile for instagram -contact form manager -layerslider WP -smugmug embed -visual composer extention ( comes with Total) -WP Bakery Visual Composer (comes with Total) -Wordpress SEO

What element/link on the site opens a lightbox?

Or rather, "should" open a lightbox.

Typically this is a jQuery issue were multiple plugins are calling the library. But try this and see if it works: http://www.wprecipes.com/how-to-automatically-add-rellightbox-to-all-images-embedded-in-a-post

thanks, for the help. I shut down all the pluggin and it just started working correctly again. Not really sure who the culprit was but things are working now.
