Localhost and WordPress Courses

Can i follow all WordPress tracks (Learn WordPress and WordPress Development) on my localhost? Right now i don't have money to buy domain and pay for host, that i need only for learning.

I think you should be fine following along with the courses. Just be sure to use a program like MAMP/AMPPS/DesktopServer/etc.

Yep, wordpress works just fine installed local. Actually it's the way I'd recommend to develop a site.

Yes you can. xampp

Or you can virtual machine ubuntu and have your ubuntu server host your wordpress script. It will be good primer for being devops.
