CSS CSS Basics (2014) Basic Selectors ID and Class Selectors

Make sure you're using a class selector that targets 'main-header'.

I cannot seem to get past task 2 of 6 In the style sheet I continue to get an error message listed above. Make sure you're using a class selector that targets 'main-header'

I have my code as .main header { background-color: orange; }

just below the body tag <body>, there is a header tag <header>, just add a class main-header:

<body> <header class="main-header">

and delete the one you added under the closing html tag </html>

</html> <header class="main-header"></header> .main header { background-color: orange; }
