<meta name=”robots” content=”noindex”> does not work for the first step of the challenge. This looks like a bug to me.

I tried putting <meta name=”robots” content=”noindex”> all over in the head of the document but it says "the noindex code was not found in the head of the document

The quotation marks are not valid on the tag. Do not use copy-paste :) :P It is only a short line of code :) you can type it manually. :)
