My code doesn't seem to work. Please help

app = Flask(__name__)

@app.route('/multiply/<int:num1>/<int:num2>')
def multiply(num1=5, num2=5):
    return '{} * {} = {}',format(num1, num2, num1*num2)

I dont know much about python, but i think before format it shouldn't be ',' but there should be a '.'(a dot) also in format() u said num1 * num2, you can't do that, just say return'{} * {} = {}'.format(num1,num2)

Hi Paul, you're really close.

I think you only need to return the product and not the full equation. Also, if you are on step 3, you still need to return the product of 5*5

Try this:

from flask import Flask

app = Flask(__name__)


@app.route('/multiply')
@app.route('/multiply/<int:arg1>/<int:arg2>')
def multiply(arg1=5, arg2=5):
    return '{}'.format(5 * 5)
