PHP Building Websites with PHP Dependency Management Autoloading

My app.txt is hidden in file tree but not on my snapshot...

So i know my app.txt is in my file tree since when i look at the snapshot i can see it there but for some reason in my workspace it's hidden...

I've refreshed the file tree, open closed it in a new browser window and even a different browser can anyone offer any help if this is happening to you?
