My changes in workspace are being changed, saved and refreshed but the preview still shows original web page.

The problem that I can't seem to solve is as follows: while following along with the video and simultaneously making the changes to the coding in workspace, I'm unable to preview my work. I am diligent in saving my work after the changes and refreshing it but my progress stills shows the original page. I've even waited a day later to see if my changes took but no luck. I've perused the community board and saw a few questions similar to mine with answers solving their issue; in my case I didn't exactly that but still seem to have this problem.

I found the same issue, but when I tried the same files in Brackets (free to download via Adobe), the live preview worked fine. Maybe try it somewhere other than WorkSpace and see if that helps.

Hi Mark,

Hmm, that's weird. What is your operating system and browser that you are using? Have you tried closing the preview tab and opening it again?

Hey Michael, I'm on Windows 7 and am using Google Chrome. I have tried closing the preview tab and opening it again but suffice to say no such luck.

I'm having the same problem! I read on another forum Q/A that it might be because of Google Chrome, so I switched to using my Mac and Safari, but it still doesn't work for me.
