My Wordpress websites are painfully slow

Hi guys,

Im kinda lost here, I've successfully built a few custom themes for websites, here are some: http://www.boriskamp.nl/ http://newparc.nl/ http://www.mijnawf.nl/ http://www.kampbeheer.nl/ http://www.emaxus.nl/ http://www.remonsbarbershop.nl/

I've tried to optimize them as much a possible by reducing images, compressing my JS and CSS files, using CDN for loading bootstrap and other external libraries .

But all these sites are still very slow loading, can anybody help me with this, what are points to start looking? I have no experience with this at all.....

My hosting plan is proper, im pretty sure of that. I called them yesterday with this issue and they ran some tests and found that there's nothing wrong with the server and they told me the problem is in my WP site. I host at several hosters and experience the same issue at all of them...

Where are you hosting them. If they are running on a 2002 laptop they will crawl no matter how well optimized they are.

Additionally I found this error on the first site: Warning: Illegal string offset 'url' in /home/boriskamp.nl/public_html/wp-content/themes/Boris Kamp/functions.php on line 129

True! please read my reply here above regarding the hoster. Thanks for the error! I was messing with some stuff yesterday and forget to revert it, big mistake!!!
