Navigating the tasks in iPad

I'm going through the training on an iPad. Sometimes, in order to complete a task, I have refer back to the video. Then, when I go back to the task, all my work is gone, and I have to start from scratch. That happens about half the time. Any suggestions?

Use a desktop or laptop computer to do the Treehouse courses through a web browser. Open up two tabs in your browser, one containing the code challenge and the other container the video which teaches the content of the challenge.
