need a PHP script to SFTP from someone else's (secure) server to my server/website.

I need help with a PHP script to SFTP from someone else's (secure) server to my server/website.

I'm using:

// connect to FTP server $ftp_server = "sftp.datashop.livevol.com"; $ftp_conn = ftp_connect($ftp_server) or die("Could not connect to CBOE $ftp_server");

but all I get is the error message. (could not connect)
