HTML How to Make a Website Creating HTML Content Organize with Unordered Lists

newbie task inserting Jpeg image help please

Its telling me bummer i haven't added img 01 and if that's wrong then they all must be wrong, can anyone tell me what i am missing

Hi Steven,

Your HTML is completely correct :thumbsup:, but you've gone beyond what the instructions ask for. The task specifically says to

Leave the alt attributes blank, and don’t add any captions or links. Just the images!

But you have added (enclosed the images) in links (the <a> tags). If you delete the links and leave "Just the images", then the challenge will pass.

It doesn't look like you're "missing" anything, but you have added things the instructions did not ask for. In fact, the instructions specifically say "...don’t add any captions or links. Just the images!", but these images are all enclosed in links. Did you copy this code from some unrelated page?

I suggest starting over, and reading and following the instructions carefully. Do only what is asked for and nothing extra!
