Python Dates and Times in Python (2014) Where on Earth do Timezones Make Sense? Timezone Maker

not sure which time zone it defaults to. it says my offset is wrong even for local time

any assistance would be appreciated.

The "hours" value is always the time offset from UTC, and the instructions say "UTC‍-08:00."
