I get this error (npm ERR! Callback called more than once.) from GitBash when I try to run a command:
npm init
.. to get a package.json file in the root of my project.
Tried googling for an answer, had zero luck at solving.
Help?
Thanks!

Treehouse TeacherHi there! This is an unusual one and I've personally never run into it, but I've been reading around and may or may not have a solution. When you type npm config ls -l
you should get a long list of default configuration entries. Look for the one labeled "registry". It should say either: "https://registry.npmjs.org/"
or "http://registry.npmjs.org/"
. Note that one uses https (secure http) and the other uses normal http. This could be causing your error. You can use npm config set registry http://registry.npmjs.org/
or npm config set registry https://registry.npmjs.org/
to change it to the other one. For example, if you're currently using http, try changing it to https and vice versa.
Hope this helps!
