Python Web Development Techdegree Student 11,501 PointsYou are close my friend. Only use one asterisk instead of two. The square of any number is that number multiplied by itself. For example 5* 5 = 25. When you use two asterisk you are getting the exponent. So 5 **5 is actually 5 x 5 x 5 x 5 x 5.
